Very good AOC Chablis from Marks & Spencer produced by Bertrand Cherel from http://www.chablisienne.com. crispy, limey and perfectly dry. I wish some Moravian winemakers would produce Chardonnay like this, nicely mineral unoaked and zesty and perfectly almost invisibly aged.
