Taste: medium to full body, very gentle, canned fruit tones, mainly sour cherries, reasonable acidity , hint of spiciness, almost no tannins,  medium to long finish
Recommended food pairing: beef caserolle
Overall score: 4+7+11+6+6=84
Price: 250 CZK
Stopper: cork
Slightly behind its zenith, however not bad to accompany me beef.
