Taste: medium body, fresh, clean and zesty, lime, white currant, excellent crunchy and quite high acidity is perfectly balanced by light residual sugar so it does not bother, white grapefruit at the end, medium to longer finish
Recommended food pairing:   on its own in hot summer day

Stunning Sauvignon Blanc! that was early sample from 2013 vintage and it looks like it will be similar to 2010 in case of the acidity content. Here the acidity is perfect and the residual sugar is nowhere visible, making it perfectly balanced. I will get one case for summer!
