One of the winemaker from the authentists group making the wine  using traditional methods with no cold fermentation and no filtration. This wine was fermented 14 months on lees on combination of new barrique and larger barrels.  The wine resembles Burgundy style, excellent combination of fruit with nutty flavor. We had it with Pasta with Gorgonzola sauce with walnuts and it was fantastic combination.
