Variety: 75% Sangiovese plus other varieties  admitted by code production, such as Canaiolo and Colorino

Bouquet: red cherries, hint of plums, gentle touch of wood
Taste: medium body, red sour cherries accompanied by light slightly harsher tannins and touch of spice and wood, medium finish

Basic Chianti which we had to accompany our lasagna, which was very OK, otherwise not very complex drink.
