Taste: medium to full body, dry tropical fruit such as pienapple and orange peel, very dry, accompanied by jhint of citric acidity, which does not make it dull, hint of herby charaxter,  medium finish
Recommended food pairing: Matured cow cheese
Overall score: 4+7+12+5+6=84

Fuller and considering hot 2003 vintage this wine still has quite good acidity, which kept it so lively for 9 years in cellar:-). You can co pare it to 2002 vintage from the same veneyard tasted in December 2012.
