Taste: medium to full body, good combination of very ripe black sour cherries with good acidity and hint of toasty and peppery tones, nice tannins, medium to longer finish
Recommended food pairing:  definitely steak

Tasted already 7 months ago in November 2012 (where is the pic of the bottle) the wine confirmed its quality, very nice big fruit Carmenere with spicy tones supported by barrel aging. It will only improve and  round up in 2 to 3 years.
