Country of origin: France
Wine appellation: Chablis, Grand Cru
Vintage: 2011
Alcohol content: 13.0%
Color: light yellow
Bouquet: nice minerality, lime, zesty
Taste: medium to full body, stunning minerality and lime, very zesty and fresh, bone dry, small hint of nuts, but very small and gentle, long finish
Overall score: 4+9+14+8+9+50=94
Price: CZK 1595
Stopper: cork
This to me is perfect example how I like Chablis, very mineral and limey, slightly underpinned by hint of hazelnuts, but major taste is mineral and lime.
