Taste: medium body, red cherries, sour cherries, nice acidity, quite good balance between fruit and wood, spices, good tannins,  medium to longer finish
Recommended food pairing: dry salami

Stopper: single piece cork
This one in direct comparison is better than 2005 vintage tasted before, it has better structure in the mouth and nicer fruit acidity.
