Hardys Legacy Shiraz Cabernet 2011

Variety: Shiraz, Cabernet
Country of origin: Australia
Wine appellation: South Eastern Australia
Vintage: 2011
Alcohol content: 14.0%
Color: light ruby red almost watery;-)
Bouquet: hint of red fruit, cherries, red currant
Taste: light to medium body despite alcohol being high the concentration is quite low, red currant with the hint of cherries and slightly blackberries, harsh tannins at the end of the mouth with burning alcohol, medium finish
Recommended food pairing: BBQ with people who do not understand wine and want to get drunk:-)
Overall score: 2+6+8+5+4+50=75
Price: CZK 105
Stopper: screw cap
Wow! this wine scored even lower than the Spicy and Balanced from Rosemount Estate tasted not even month ago here:-) This type of wine does not do any favor to Australian export. it should be put in the bag in box not bottles... on blind I would hardly recognize Cab Sauv and Shiraz in blend, colorwise it resembles Pinot Noir, taste wines weak alcoholic wine of uncertain origin.
