Extremely drinkable example of Gruner Veltliner. One week ago when I tasted 2011 non VOC Gruner Veltliner from the same vineyard here. I was interested about the VOC bottle as on paper it appeared to have better analytics to me (lower alcohol, higher acidity). This expectations were confirmed and this bottle is very good example of how GV from Znojmo VOC appelation should be done.
