This was very nice ccompanien to our onion soup. I was long time contemplating which wine to choose as the soup is very strong itself and any type of fruity wine would be completely killed by it. Then I remembered this one I got from my friend. It was very nice, quite different experience. It is very distinctive wine, if you do not know what to expect from wines from Jura region in France then you might be very surprised by its taste as it resemble dry sherry heavily, but it still has freshness in it and does not have as high alcohol as sherry does.
