Winemaking:
Through gentle maceration and constant remounting, expressive tannic compounds are optimized. Following fermentation at a controlled temperature the wine is aged in American oak barrels for twelve months. It then rests quietly in bottle for another 2 to 3 years to ensure a complete harmonized maturation is achieved.

This is regular reserva for very good price. If I remember it correctly I bought it about 2 years ago for around CZK 150. For this money it is nice drinking wine with, medium body, smooth, not harsh with hints of cherries, spices and vanilla. Comparing to some Riojas I tasted previous months it lacks complexity, but for the price is OK.
