Taste: medium to full body wine, slightly harder taste with dominant gooseberry and peach fruit flavor followed by nice citrus tones giving it backbone acidity, this all is underpinned quite interestingly by hint of nettles tones, at the end there is nice hazelnut, medium to long finish

Vinification:
Hand sorted before and after destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel for 15-20 days. Lees contact in tank. 1/2 the blend undergoes malolactic in French barrels. Viognier aged 6 months and Chard 7 months in same. Sauvignon Gris in steel tank. Annual production 3,000 cases.
Very interesting blend. I personally was quite perplexed and liked it. I has nice combination of Sauvignon tones with fruitiness of Viognier and body of Chardonnay.
