Ageing
55% aged in French oak barrels for 6 months; 45% in stainless steel tanks.
Quite nice example of Viognier, It has the things it needs to and it is definitely food type of wine, quite complex, fleshy mid palate fruity taste nicely balanced with vanilla tones. Surprisingly the alcohol was not standing out in the taste given the volume.
